1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns.

• We do not offer refunds.

Each product is made-to-order and customized according to the specifications provided by the customer. For this reason, items cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Custom Order Acknowledgment

By placing an order with M&C Creations, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your item is being created specifically for you.

• You have reviewed and approved all customization details prior to purchase.

• You understand that no returns or refunds will be issued once the order is placed.

3. Order Issues & Resolutions

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.

Examples of issues may include:

• Receiving the wrong item

• Product defects or damage (not caused by shipping carrier mishandling)

• Errors that do not match your confirmed order details

All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Resolution Process

If a valid issue is identified:

• We will review the concern and any supporting evidence (such as photos).

• At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Please note that resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to result in a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including customization requests, names, sizes, colors, and shipping information, are accurate before submitting an order.
